We apologise for not coming down to Cooma and for cancelling at the eleventh hour, literally. We were coming down for a soccer game and regrettably insufficient players confirmed for the match due to the weather. We didn’t get the cancellation until about 50 min ago and I have tried to call you to let you know. Our cancellation is due to the weather and a forfeited soccer game, not due to any poor perception of your hotel, and we hope to be able to stay in the future. Thank you, and our apologies for the late cancellation.
Fabulous stay last night, staff were very accommodating to our needs (recent shoulder surgery).
The bed was unbelievably comfortable.
I’m not a big fan of mexican food but we dined in anyway. WOW! What a surprise, the food was amazing. (now I’m a fan).
Charlie,Marty and Katie (K.D.) made us feel like old buds.
Thanks guys, we’ll definitely be back.
